Born from years in professional kitchens and a growing obsession with the countryside and food culture of the North of England. Goodfellows and Co. began with fire cooking for small gatherings and seasonal pop-ups. Those early events were shaped by local growers, foraged ingredients and the discipline of cooking over live flame in outdoor conditions.
It has since evolved into a structured catering service built around seasonal menus, local produce, smoke, fermentation and the rhythms of the Northern landscape. Today we deliver private dining and outdoor events. Working closely with farmers, butchers and producers to build menus that reflect each season and place.
